Resourcing Specialist – Onsite Recruitment Advisor

About the role

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group is seeking an onsite Resourcing Specialist to act as the central advisor between hiring managers and agency recruiters. You will ensure recruitment best practice for all contingent hires while delivering quality, efficiency and insight across the contingent workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio within the education cluster.
• Provide market information, insights and best‑practice recruitment solutions to hiring managers.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, briefing partner agencies and ensuring they are equipped to source roles.
• Collaborate with agencies to drive continuous improvement and engagement.
• Broadcast open positions to selected panel suppliers using the Fieldglass VMS tool.
• Act as the central point of contact for all vacancy‑related queries and conduct offer negotiations when appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, either in an agency or an onsite role.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic and logical approach to workload management.
