About the role

Benetas, a not-for-profit aged care provider serving over 15,000 older Victorians, is looking for an experienced Residential Manager for its Glenroy home in northern Melbourne. The role sits within a team of 2,000+ people and offers opportunities to grow skills and advance a career.

Required profile

Demonstrated experience managing an aged care service
Strong understanding of the New Standards and the Aged Care Act
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
Ability to adapt and adjust priorities
Personal qualities: drive, passion, resilience, sense of humour and fun

What we offer

5 weeks of annual leave and monthly ADO (not cumulative)
Salary packaging up to $18,550 per year, reducing tax and increasing take-home pay
