About the role
Journey Beyond is looking for a Reservations Agent for its Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge, a full-time position based on site in Monarto, less than an hour from Adelaide. The resort offers spacious rooms and suites, and recently expanded with 20 luxury tents and a private lodge. The agent acts as a product ambassador for the resort and lodge.
Key responsibilities
- Receive telephone and email enquiries
- Complete reservations for guests
- Promote packages and tailor itineraries
- Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
Required profile
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Experience in reception or reservations in a hotel environment
- Passion for guest experience and going above and beyond for guests
Required skills
- Knowledge of NewBook systems is desirable
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite
