Request Fulfilment Coordinator

About the role

Leidos Australia's Mission Software Systems (MSS) team is looking for a Request Fulfilment Coordinator in Melbourne. You will support the delivery of service requests in a complex, mission-critical environment, working with customers, governance stakeholders and service delivery teams to coordinate requests from receipt through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, triage and assign service requests and related tasks to the right service delivery teams.
• Coordinate request approvals and prioritisation with customers and governance stakeholders, giving clear updates throughout the request lifecycle.
• Track concurrent activities, dependencies, risks and completion timeframes, engaging teams to resolve issues and keep progress on track.
• Maintain accurate service request records and metrics, support performance reporting and identify ways to improve fulfilment processes and service efficiency.

Required profile

• Organised and practical approach to coordinating multiple activities, with good communication skills across customers, stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Comfortable managing changing priorities, keeping accurate information and following requests through to completion.
• Essential: experience coordinating multiple concurrent requests, communicating with customers and stakeholders, building working relationships across operational, technical and customer teams, maintaining records and producing accurate service reporting.
• Advantageous: experience in a large, complex or mission-critical service delivery environment, experience in an Australian Government or Department of Defence environment, familiarity with Jira and Confluence, and experience improving service request processes and supporting survey and quote coordination.
• Australian citizenship and an NV-1 security clearance are required.
