About the role

Join SIXT Australia at Launceston Airport as a Rental Sales Agent/Vehicle Detailer. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling rental agreements, inquiries and ensuring the fleet is ready for hire.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rental agreements, bookings and customer data using company tech platforms with accuracy.
• Clean, inspect and prepare vehicles efficiently to keep the fleet available for rental.
• Tailor offers to customers based on a wide range of products and fleet options.
• Uphold SIXT Australia’s premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced environment, willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
