Remote Account Manager

About the role

Resly builds hospitality management software and is looking for an Account Manager to work remotely from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. The role owns customer success and long-term relationships, acting as a trusted partner who helps customers get ongoing value from the platform while supporting their broader business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs, questions and escalations
• Identify opportunities to deliver value beyond the platform and proactively drive account growth
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction and retention signals
• Run regular check-ins, reviews and strategic conversations with customers
• Collaborate with Support, Product and Onboarding teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
• Advocate for customers internally so their feedback is heard and acted on
• Identify risks early and take action to prevent churn

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer success or relationship management, ideally in SaaS
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities and to think commercially about a customer's business
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones

Nice to have

• Hospitality or property management systems experience
• Familiarity with Intercom, Monday.com or CRM platforms
• Upselling, renewals or account growth experience
• Data-driven customer health tracking exposure
