Reliability Engineer – Paper Mills (Relocation to Australia)

About the role

Visy is seeking reliability engineers to join its advanced paper manufacturing network in New South Wales. The role offers a structured pathway to relocate to Australia with visa and relocation support, allowing you to apply your papermaking expertise in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive reliability improvements across paper machines, stock preparation and associated plant.
• Analyse equipment performance and lead root‑cause investigations to eliminate failures.
• Develop and optimise preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Partner closely with operations and maintenance teams to improve uptime and performance.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering or related background.
• Experience in pulp and paper manufacturing environments, with deep understanding of paper machine systems.
• Proven problem‑solving capability using a structured approach.
• Eligibility for an Australian work visa (visa sponsorship provided).
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
