Relationship Manager – Regulatory Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our high‑performing Regulatory Compliance sales team. You will own an existing portfolio of around 90 customers, driving retention, renewals and upsell opportunities while delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of 90+ regulatory compliance customers.
• Drive customer retention, renewals and satisfaction.
• Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer engagements and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Content & Marketing to perform gap analysis and spot new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Relevant degree and 3‑5 years experience in relationship management, customer success or consultative sales.
• Proven track record in solution or subscription sales, preferably in risk & compliance, SaaS or professional services.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance account farming and growth hunting.

Required skills

• CRM (experience maintaining accurate records and forecasts).
