Relationship Manager – Agribusiness

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Agribusiness will manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers, driving growth through acquisition, increased share of wallet and referrals. You will deepen expertise across banking products such as working capital financing, trade finance, cash management and trade facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers with a customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with product partners and credit teams to structure deals and minimise non‑lending losses.
• Build relationships with operations teams to improve efficiencies and ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Assess new and existing transactions, prepare credit proposals and monitor risk.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to engage primary producers, business owners and financial decision‑makers.
• Solid understanding of mid‑market banking products and ability to analyse financial statements.
• Experience evaluating credit risk, structuring facilities and navigating regulatory requirements.
