Rehabilitation Consultant – Regional Team (OT/Chiropractor)

About the role

MedHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Chiropractor, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join its Regional Team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. The role supports clients across regional Western Australia, with travel to sites on a fortnightly basis and the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments.
• Identify Return‑to‑Work barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve mutually appropriate outcomes.
• Design, implement and monitor programmes that help injured employees return to the workforce.

Required profile

• Australian‑recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
• Minimum two years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation or a similar role.
• Current driver’s licence, vehicle and willingness to travel throughout regional WA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills and high punctuality.
