Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist)

About the role

Konekt, one of Australia's largest workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention providers, is looking for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions in Launceston. The role uses specialist knowledge to help people return to meaningful engagement in their occupations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers injured or ill at work or outside work.
• Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
• Perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
• Manage cases effectively, planning, coordinating and monitoring progress toward return to work goals.
• Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check on a successful application.
• Care for people, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and commitment to ongoing learning.
