Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

Nabenet, an occupational rehabilitation provider in Victoria and an approved WorkSafe Victoria provider, is looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant. The consultant helps injured claimants return to work safely and sustainably, supporting their highest level of functional performance in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, customer service, outcomes and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
• Conduct worksite assessments and use forward planning to identify return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
• Use problem-solving skills and clinical experience to assess claimants and facilitate their return to work
• Liaise with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers and employees
• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans and quality early intervention strategies
• Present case information to stakeholders and give credible recommendations and solutions

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification and current registration with the appropriate body in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence and car
