Rehabilitation Consultant – Graduate to Senior

About the role

Marsh is looking for qualified Rehabilitation Consultants to join the Recovre team in Adelaide. The role operates in a flexible hybrid environment after probation, supporting injured clients across workers compensation, life and CTP insurance schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage a client portfolio with commitment and care.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.
• Conduct vocational and non‑vocational assessments.
• Contribute to a supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued.
• Manage time effectively while working on‑site, in the office and from home.

Required profile

• Qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP).
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (or use of company vehicle perks).
