New Graduate to Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

Join Recovre’s Rehabilitation team as a Rehabilitation Consultant, supporting injured clients across workers compensation, life and CTP insurance schemes. The role is based in Adelaide with a flexible hybrid working arrangement after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage a client portfolio with commitment and care.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.
• Conduct a range of vocational and non‑vocational assessments.
• Contribute to a supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued.
• Manage time effectively while working on‑site, in the office and from home.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP).
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (or use of company vehicle perks).

Required skills

• Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary team.
