Registered Nurse – Part‑time (Permanent)

About the role

HammondCare is seeking two part‑time Registered Nurses to join its residential team in Woy Woy. The role focuses on person‑centred, relationship‑based care, supporting residents and staff within a consultative framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and oversight to care staff, ensuring safe and responsive resident care.
• Advise, mentor and educate staff on clinical processes and case management.
• Participate in resident comfort initiatives and use LeeCare online reporting systems.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with 2‑3 years experience in aged‑care settings.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with dementia care and a genuine passion for serving elderly residents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LeeCare online reporting system.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
