About the role
Homewell is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide autonomous community nursing across Melbourne's north and western suburbs. The role blends client visits, field team support, and administrative duties, offering a predictable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans and monitor client wellbeing in the community.
- Provide clinical oversight, leadership and supervision to care staff and field teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
- Travel between client homes across a broad geographic area, maintaining organized and adaptable work practices.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in community aged care, home care or related settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and care‑planning abilities.
- Confidence making independent clinical decisions and managing competing priorities.
