Registered Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Montefiore, a Sydney-based aged care provider with a 135-year history as a non-profit organisation, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work at its campuses in Randwick and Hunters Hill. The role suits people who enjoy supporting small teams of health care workers and delivering exceptional care to residents. Permanent full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Oversight of all specialised nursing
• General assessment of residents
• Development and maintenance of residents' care plans
• Management of clinical reporting and documentation
• Provision of clinical leadership and expertise in clinical areas

Required profile

• At least one year of postgraduate nursing experience in Australia
• A genuine desire to work with an older population and provide quality care
