About the role
Solventum is seeking a proven Sales Leader to own and grow its Victoria and Tasmania business, driving revenue and shaping state strategy in a complex healthcare market.
Key responsibilities
- Full revenue responsibility for the region and delivery of growth in focus products.
- Lead and develop a team of clinical and sales professionals.
- Own key relationships with state health organisations and buying groups.
- Influence hospital policy, clinical adoption and shape tender strategies.
- Drive transition from commoditised products to higher‑value solutions.
Required profile
- Proven sales leader with people‑leadership experience.
- Strong track record in medical devices, healthcare or complex B2B sales.
- Deep understanding of hospital systems, tenders and procurement.
- Strategic thinker able to drive outcomes through a team.
- Confident navigating senior stakeholders and complex environments.
