Regional Sales Manager - Northern WA

About the role

Seven West Media is seeking a commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to lead its Northern WA sales team from the Perth office. You will coach, mentor and develop a team of Coordinators and Sales Representatives across several regional locations, driving sales performance, customer engagement and business growth. The role is Perth-based, with occasional travel to regional locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Coordinators and Sales Representatives across Northern WA.
• Drive sales performance through leadership, mentoring and accountability, and empower team members to reach their targets.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Work with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and business priorities, and support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Monitor performance trends and implement strategies to maximise team success.
• Travel periodically throughout the region to support teams and stay connected to local markets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading successful sales teams and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Northern WA.
