Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Cement Australia is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the South region, overseeing the Bulk portfolio and driving growth across construction and concrete markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team across multiple locations.
• Achieve regional sales targets for volume, revenue, pricing and margin.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and lead customer negotiations.
• Manage pricing, rebates, contract compliance and customer profitability.
• Provide accurate forecasts, manage pipeline and oversee credit outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, S&OP and Finance to deliver customer outcomes.
• Champion safety, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven success in senior sales leadership with revenue and market‑share growth.
• Experience leading and developing teams across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales strategy, forecasting, pricing and contract negotiation.
• Ability to build strategic customer relationships and convert new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical capability to use data for commercial decisions.
• Industry experience in cement, concrete, construction materials or related sector is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline.
