Regional Manager, Armidale & New England

About the role

Asina Services is an NDIS provider supporting people across NSW from its office in Armidale. It is recruiting a Regional Manager to lead its Armidale and New England team of disability support practitioners. This is a working-manager role: you lead and grow the team, own the roster and the quality of support in the region, and stay on the field covering shifts, running shadow shifts with new starters and meeting new participants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and roster a team of support practitioners
• Be the first point of contact for participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers in New England
• Keep the region compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, including incidents, restrictive practice reporting and worker screening
• Recruit and onboard local workers and grow the region through local relationships
• Work shifts on the field each week

Required profile

• At least three years in disability or community services, including a year leading or coordinating a team
• Working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and the SCHADS Award
• Experience with rostering and incident management
• Comfortable delivering support yourself
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid and CPR
• Right to work in Australia

What we offer

• Pay of $95,000 to $110,000 per year plus 12% super, depending on experience, aligned to SCHADS Level 5 to 6
• Vehicle allowance, phone and laptop
• Full-time, permanent position based in Armidale
