About the role

Asina Services is looking for a casual Disability Support Practitioner in Armidale to start as soon as possible, working about 9 hours a week on Tuesday to Friday mornings. The role supports several participants in their homes, including a couple supported together.

Key responsibilities

Support participants in their homes, including meal prep, daily living assistance and everyday household tasks.
Follow each person's set routine in a set order every time.

Required profile

Patient, reliable and organised, who takes direction well.
Understands why doing things correctly and predictably matters.
Experience supporting someone with OCD or anxiety is a plus.

Required skills

NDS Worker Screening Check
NSW Working With Children Check
First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain it)

What we offer

Casual pay of SCHADS Level 2.1, $45.28 an hour plus 12% superannuation.
Opportunity to grow into team leader, key worker and other senior roles with experience.
Priority for new shifts given to current team members as Asina grows across New South Wales.
