Regional Facilities Manager

About the role

Austcorp is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and refurbishment services across a large, geographically dispersed portfolio. The role leads and coordinates property maintenance and refurb operations, manages a small team and subcontractors, and ensures all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with legislative requirements. It involves travel across the Perth Metro region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of building maintenance and refurbishment contracts across a large region covering 2,000+ sites.
• Maintain budgets of $40M+, forecast and control costs.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Meet and exceed company KPIs.
• Submit and approve work orders.

Required profile

• Perth-based, able to travel across the Perth Metro region.
• Experience across large multi-site portfolios of 500+ facilities.
• Previous experience managing maintenance across aged care, retirement villages, student accommodation or Defence housing portfolios is highly advantageous.
• Valid Australian driver's licence.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) and legislation.
