A Brisbane-based commercial cleaning company with nearly 25 years of history is seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to expand its commercial and government client portfolio. The role sits within a growth strategy that is expanding across Queensland and interstate markets, and offers a clear pathway to a National Sales Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Drive sustainable revenue growth across the region
• Work closely with leadership to help shape and execute sales strategies supporting the company's expansion plans

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in facilities management, cleaning, services or B2B sales is highly regarded; real estate sales professionals are also encouraged to apply

• Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to turn opportunities into long-term client partnerships

What we offer

• Base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
• Residual commission structure and ongoing performance bonuses, with realistic earnings exceeding $170,000 per year
• Dedicated Business Development Assistant to book appointments and support lead generation
