Reefsleep Host – Glamping Experience on the Great Barrier Reef

About the role

Join Cruise Whitsundays as a Reefsleep Host and help create unforgettable glamping experiences for guests on the Reefworld pontoon at Hardy Reef. This permanent, full‑time position blends hospitality, housekeeping and guest interaction in a unique marine setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across all overnight experiences and support the Reefworld guest journey.
• Assist with food and beverage service at all guest touchpoints.
• Maintain accommodation presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to schedules, procedures and WHS requirements.
• Collect guest feedback and contribute to Net Promoter Score outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivated and passionate about delivering high‑quality guest service.
• Experience in guest accommodation or rooms division management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, proactive and a creative problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or Leadership (preferred).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• First Aid and CPR/Oxygen Resuscitation certifications.
• Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
