Recruitment Delivery Manager

About the role

Titan Recruitment, an Australian-owned engineering and technology recruitment consultancy with over 27 years in the market, is recruiting a Recruitment Delivery Manager. This is an Executive Leadership Team role reporting to the Managing Director, based in Perth within a national business. You will lead and develop the Associate Directors and Lead Consultants, raise the capability of every consultant and ensure clients and candidates receive outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Associate Directors and Leads, holding them accountable for desk performance and team activity
• Embed the recruitment methodology and weekly activity disciplines across the business
• Develop consultants through interview reviews, live coaching and new-starter development
• Oversee the contractor care journey, spotting risk and extension opportunities early
• Shape business direction as a member of the Executive Leadership Team

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment success, ideally in Engineering, Technical or Resources
• Experience leading and developing recruitment teams with results to show
• Development coach who holds leaders to a high standard
• Service-focused, organised and passionate

Required skills

• Commercial understanding of what drives desk performance and margin
• Knowledge of contract and permanent delivery
