Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Linkforce, a privately owned contractor delivering shutdown, maintenance and project services to mining, infrastructure, energy and defence clients, is growing its shutdown and project capabilities and needs a Recruitment Coordinator at its Perth CBD head office. The role focuses on sourcing blue-collar personnel for shutdown and project operations, with a separate onboarding team handling mobilisation; it is a pure recruitment position.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing blue-collar candidates for roles such as Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders and Trades Assistants
• Working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of candidate engagement
• Reviewing and assessing qualifications, tickets and documentation
• Taking part in weekly onboarding sessions
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice

Required profile

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally in the resources sector
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and meet tight deadlines
• Positive, results-driven mindset and ownership of workload
• Knowledge of mining-related qualifications, tickets and licences is advantageous

Required skills

• Managing candidates, phone screening and guiding them through the candidate lifecycle to completion
• Self-motivation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Organisation, time management and attention to detail
• A personable, candidate-focused approach
