Recruitment Coordinator – HR Team

About the role

As a member of the Human Resources team at Domain, you will act as the central hub for the hiring and onboarding process. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure a smooth transition from offer to new‑hire integration, delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews, manage interview calendars and send confirmations.
• Generate offer letters, new‑hire agreements and track all pre‑employment paperwork.
• Initiate, monitor and troubleshoot background investigations, including motor vehicle and credit checks when required.
• Track each new hire’s progress in Workday, providing real‑time status updates to stakeholders.
• Arrange travel and lodging for candidates and new hires as needed.
• Deliver a “white‑glove” candidate experience during on‑site visits, including greeting and support.
• Manage incoming HR tickets in the AskHR case management system and route them appropriately.
• Support special projects such as reporting, system testing and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting or administrative support.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday (Applicant Tracking System).
• Experience using ticketing or case‑management tools (e.g., AskHR).
