About the role

Emanate Technology is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing Victorian team. You will work in a hybrid setting from our modern Cremorne office, building a 360 recruitment desk focused on technology talent across contract and permanent roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including interviews, talent mapping and market research.
• Source, engage and attract high‑quality technology professionals.
• Provide market insights on trends, talent availability and salary expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and deliver outstanding outcomes.

Required profile

• Ambitious recruiter with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.
• Experience in recruitment, agency sales, account management or business development.
• Genuine interest in technology and ability to learn new markets quickly.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Proactive, resilient and collaborative mindset.
