Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Commission up to 50%)

About the role

Managed is seeking a self‑motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team, with optional office space in Sydney CBD. You will own your own desk, focus on placing recruiters into on‑shore roles across Australia, and benefit from a performance‑based commission structure of up to 50%.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt passive recruiters and build long‑term, genuine relationships.
• Create and grow a personal brand within the recruitment community.
• Run exclusive, candidate‑led searches tailored to each recruiter’s goals.
• Support relocation opportunities for recruiters moving interstate or overseas.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to expand this new service line.
• Contribute to a small, high‑impact team building the business from the ground up.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment agency experience in one of the following niches: Built Environment & Infrastructure, Energy/Resources & Defence, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Accounting, Finance & Legal.
• Previous experience working within the Australian recruitment market.
• Strong networking ability and passion for connecting recruiters with suitable environments.
• Comfortable with outreach, headhunting and cold calling.
• Solid personal brand or willingness to develop one.
