Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Placements

About the role

Join Healthcare Australia’s high‑performing Permanent Recruitment Division and partner with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for client development, candidate sourcing and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to support growth.
• Proactively source, screen and manage candidates through multiple channels.
• Provide candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels and career opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from advertising to placement.
• Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of nursing, aged care, homecare, allied health or medical imaging recruitment.
• Experience in business development and client delivery.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
• Passion for the healthcare sector and ability to build strong partnerships.
