Recruitment Consultant - New Business

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team, handling both business development and full‑cycle recruitment for SMEs across Australia and Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new clients for our Talent service line, building a pipeline through market research, networking and events.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for your own mandates, from briefing and sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and market trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in 360° recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Based in Sydney with deep knowledge of the local talent market.
• French speaking (or strong plus) for collaboration with France‑based teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hunter mentality and strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with founders or SMEs is a plus.
