Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Robert Half, a global recruitment solutions provider expanding its ANZ operations, is hiring a Consultant for its Brisbane CBD office. The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday. As a Consultant you generate recruitment opportunities for your practice area, build the brand awareness of Robert Half, and manage the full talent lifecycle for candidates, from pre-screen to finalisation of permanent or contract placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full talent lifecycle for candidates, from pre-screen to internal interview and finalisation of placements
• Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships, generate job orders and advise clients on their needs
• Interview, present candidate profiles, negotiate salaries and fees, and provide post-placement care
• Grow your own business, lead candidate acquisition and build a talent pool and candidate pipeline
• Analyse the market and share trends, and take part in company events, networking, CSR and community activities

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience (3+ years)
• Passion for the work, drive and tenacity, and enjoyment of collaborative, high-performing environments
• Willingness to take ownership of career development and to learn new technologies
• Quick, agile decision-making and strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work flexibly between tasks and with leaders at different seniority levels
• Full working rights in Australia/NZ or the relevant sponsorship
