Recruiter (Sales) - 6-Month Fixed Term

About the role

Gartner is hiring a Recruiter (Sales) in Sydney for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and act as a business partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders around the globe, sourcing and assessing top talent for the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and attract top talent to drive growth across the business unit.
• Partner with business leaders, understand their requirements and priorities, and lead stakeholder engagements such as intake meetings, updates and debriefs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including talent assessment, solving recruitment challenges and executing innovative approaches to cultivate talent.
• Act as an ambassador for Gartner, strengthening its brand in the market.
• Focus on quality, measuring throughputs and impact through quality of hire.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in fast-paced agency and/or corporate environments.
• Determination, competitive spirit and a focus on delivering results.
• Strong relationship management and the ability to influence without authority.
• Creative thinker who continuously develops recruiting strategies.
• Track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
