Systems and Operations Analyst (HRIS)

About the role

A purpose-driven organisation delivering vital services and support to communities nationwide is hiring a Systems and Operations Analyst in Sydney. You will join an established, supportive team and support leaders in optimising and continuously improving people systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain enterprise platforms including Dayforce, SuccessFactors and Acorn.
• Build automated workflows and streamline P&C service requests through the ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate employee records, run regular data audits and deliver HR dashboards in Excel.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, contractor management and payroll compliance documentation.
• Manage HRIS vendor relationships, handle technical escalations and work with IT on system integrations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, manage user access permissions and create training guides.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience administering HRIS platforms.
• Experience of 2 years.

Required skills

• Process automation, workflow configuration and ticketing systems.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with a focus on data integrity, HR reporting and lifecycle operations.
