Recruiter – Hybrid (Smithfield, Australia)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Smithfield on a hybrid basis. The role will drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition and support core HR operations, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Administer employee insurance policies, including enrollments, claims handling, and renewals.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding activities, maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
• Support attendance tracking, leave management, and general HR operational tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with insurance administration and policy renewal processes.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
