About the role
Midland Toyota is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will work in a fast‑paced automotive dealership environment, delivering outstanding service and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard.
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks promptly and accurately.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying and ad‑hoc tasks as required by management.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when recording guest information and service requests.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a dealership receptionist role is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, including appointment management software.
- Basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
