Query Administrator - Accounts Payable

About the role

ABN Group, a builder, property and finance company founded over 45 years ago, is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Query Administrator to join its Accounts Payable team. This is a 6-month fixed-term, full-time role based in the Docklands office, with a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming supplier and internal finance queries through to resolution
• Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with internal departments to help resolve queries efficiently
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and vendors throughout the process
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable team
• Help maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with the wider Finance team to support business outcomes
• Document and update existing process SOPs and flow charts

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or finance support
• Organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively in a supportive team
• Able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Positive "can do" attitude and strong stakeholder management skills

• Confident handling of phone and email correspondence
• ServiceNow case management experience is desirable but not essential
