Quality Coordinator

About the role

Coco Republic is seeking a highly organised, detail‑oriented Quality Coordinator to join its Sourcing team. This hands‑on role ensures furniture, lighting and homewares meet the company’s quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day quality activities across furniture, lighting and homewares.
• Act as the primary quality contact for Showrooms, Customer Service, Operations and Product teams.
• Record, investigate and track product defects through to resolution.
• Review inspection and testing reports, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, certificates and technical documentation.
• Support development of product quality standards, checklists and inspection criteria.
• Identify recurring quality issues, support root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality dashboards and reporting for product and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, product testing or a similar technical role.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
• Practical problem‑solver who enjoys investigating issues and finding solutions.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
