Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead day‑to‑day schedules and engineering management for integrated maritime and air domain projects, including the Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicle (XL‑AUV) program.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily schedules and engineering management for integrated project teams.
• Plan, coordinate and execute test events involving software and hardware.
• Own ambiguous requirements from engineering, program office and partners, delivering outcomes across multiple programs.
• Identify, resolve and escalate cross‑team dependencies and obstacles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive program execution, team velocity and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Track and communicate progress of key programs and define efficient status reporting processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineering Manager or Engineer in autonomous systems, robotics or software development.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand designs, software development lifecycle, challenges and risks.
• Proven project‑management experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 security clearance.
