Quality Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join our well‑established manufacturing facility in Murarrie. The role focuses on monitoring product quality, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with company standards while supporting continuous improvement across production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records of findings.
• Monitor products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Identify, document and report quality issues and non‑conformances.
• Support corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to sustain quality outcomes.
• Assist with internal and external audits, testing and required documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Quality Control role within manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Police clearance required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality systems and reporting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (or equivalent).
• Good computer literacy.
