Quality Assurance Rater – English (AU)

About the role

Join a global AI community as a Quality Assurance Rater, evaluating search results and AI‑generated content to improve product quality for leading search engines and AI technologies. This part‑time, remote position lets you apply analytical and research skills while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI‑generated content for relevance, accuracy and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently and document edge cases or guideline gaps.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions and ongoing quality reviews.

Required profile

• Freelancer with excellent English communication skills.
• Resident in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and research capability.
• Daily access to reliable broadband, smartphone and personal computer.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently.

Required skills

• Experience using web browsers, search engines and online research tools.
