Pursuit Manager, Investments

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Pursuit Manager to support end‑to‑end pursuit strategy and delivery for key investment opportunities across private markets, ESG, capital markets and superannuation. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney (Barangaroo) with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pursuit planning, creating opportunity plans, schedules, win themes and action trackers aligned to client needs and Marsh’s value proposition.
• Manage pursuit delivery end‑to‑end, coordinating contributors, deadlines and polished collateral for proposals and meetings.
• Develop, edit and maintain modular assets, templates and a centralised investment content library for consistent tailoring.
• Work with sales, investment specialists and Design to ensure materials are accurate, aligned to strategy and client‑specific.
• Apply quality controls and content standards to improve consistency, efficiency and reusability.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in professional services, proposal or pursuit management, sales enablement or client service.
• Proven ability to lead complex pursuits and manage proposal production from start to finish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical investment information into clear client messaging.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
