Property Valuer

About the role

Marsh Valuation Services is expanding across Australia and the Pacific and is looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join its Melbourne team. You will work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for leading organisations, travelling across VIC and internationally as required.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake advanced valuations of diverse property types for various purposes, including insurance and financial reporting.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating with clients.
• Travel intrastate, nationally and internationally to fulfil key client commitments.
• Develop and adjust valuation methodologies, tools and approaches to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the valuation portfolio.

Required profile

• AAPI with CPV qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing property valuations.
• Experience in insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly regarded.
• Project management experience.
• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
