About the role
Marsh Valuation Services is expanding in Victoria and seeks an experienced Property Valuer to join its Melbourne team. You will work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for leading organisations across VIC and the Pacific region.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake valuations of diverse property types for financial reporting, insurance and other purposes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Travel intrastate, nationally and internationally to support key client commitments.
- Develop and adjust valuation methodologies, tools and approaches to suit project needs.
Required profile
- AAPI with CPV qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing property valuations.
- Experience in insurance and financial reporting valuations is desirable.
- Proven project‑management experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of property valuation techniques.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Ability to develop valuation strategies and expand business relationships.
