A recruitment agency is looking for a qualified Property Manager to manage residential real estate in and around Werribee suburbs. The advertised package is $65k base plus car, phone and laptop, and the agency states the salary is negotiable based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain residential real estate in and around Werribee suburbs.
• Provide high-level operational conduct across property operations, maintenance of physical properties and service delivery.
• Manage the company's property portfolios.
• Sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, and maximising deal opportunities to gain market share from larger competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of lease and prospecting activities, including lease calls, presentations, closed deals and follow-up.
• Consult with clients and recommend the company's solutions to their business issues.
• Attend meetings and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry as a Property Manager.
• Experience in property management or someone wishing to advance their career.
• Fluency in a language other than English is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead, guide and motivate oneself and others in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication with senior executives, client agencies, consultants and other stakeholders.
