Property Manager - Senior & Assistant (WFH Available)

About the role

Barry Plant, a real estate business recently rebranded into the Barry Plant network with 25 years of experience on Phillip Island and the Bass Coast, is hiring Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers for its offices in Phillip Island and Wonthaggi. The business has four office locations (Cowes, San Remo, Wonthaggi and Inverloch) and offers flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Property Manager: handle all aspects of property management, with the leasing team available to assist.
• Assistant Property Manager: work alongside a senior, learning all aspects of the role to prepare for taking over your own portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven track record in property management.
• Agents representative certificate or real estate licence.
• Driver's licence and valid police check.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; team player with common sense and a can-do attitude.
• Communication and negotiation skills, understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations.
• Customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
