Property Manager - Mill Park

About the role

A recruitment agency is looking for a Property Manager based in Mill Park, Victoria, within the Northern Suburbs. It suits someone wanting to move from Assistant to Property Manager. You will manage your own portfolio of about 180 properties, with support from the Administration team, working a 5-day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of around 180 properties, with help from the Administration team
• Handle general maintenance, arrears, routine inspections and incoming and outgoing inspections
• Promote industry regulations, legal requirements and best practices, ensuring full compliance in property management and leasing activities

Required profile

• Current Victorian Agents Representative
• Experience in property management (minimum 12 months)
• Stable employment shown on the CV
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to work proactively and independently

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Agent's Rep Certificate or equivalent
• Experience using Property Me (training provided if you have never used it)
