About the role
Stone Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its Kempsey team in a high-performing and supportive environment. The role covers end-to-end property management of a well-maintained portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage properties end to end across a well-maintained portfolio
- Grow the rent roll through business development and onboarding new landlords
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Carry out routine inspections, appraisals and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures
- Represent the Stone brand professionally and enthusiastically
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in property management
- Current Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence (NSW)
- Current driver's licence
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience using property management software
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
