Property Manager

About the role

Six Seasons Real Estate is a locally owned and operated Broome agency looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its team. You will work alongside the Director and the property management team, managing a residential portfolio day to day while delivering a high standard of service to owners and tenants. The role is designed around a Monday to Friday schedule so you can keep your evenings and weekends free.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio day to day
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Carry out routine inspections, property reporting and property condition reports, including final bond inspections
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, lease commencements and vacates
• Manage arrears, bond management and tenant applications with reference checking
• Coordinate maintenance and follow up with contractors
• Keep properties and files compliant and respond to owner and tenant enquiries

Required profile

• Previous property management experience
• Knowledge of WA residential tenancy requirements
• Current driver's licence
• Current WA real estate registration, or the ability to obtain it
• Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and portfolio management
